"Book-a-Rez" has two (2) parts:

1. Check availability by putting in your desired check-in and check-out dates. This will give all the best rates and available rooms at the Villa.
   Note: The longer your stay, the less the nightly rate.
   
   
2. Booking online reservations is made easy, safe and secure. Click the desired select button for the room/rate and follow the steps.

Remember there is a two night minimum stay on weekends. Cancellation Policy: A $35 Processing Fee or within Fourteen (14) Days of your reservation date there is a charge equal to one night.
